The Nirvana Suite was only completed in February 2022 and was designed ground-up with the aim of creating a beautiful, comfortable and private villa for couples and honeymooners (but is also absolutely perfect for friends, singles and those looking to work-from-home with a more serene backdrop!). A lot of effort has gone into ensuring that the property stands out from the crowd – be it the beautiful hardwood finishes throughout, the Italian tiling or the Grohe bathroom finishings.<\/p>\n

~ For couples: Romance and intimacy has been a key design feature of the property. Particular stand-outs include the majestic, custom-built Mvule king size bed, the very (very) fun double\/couple shower, the multiple mood lighting options (including under-bed strip lighting or dimmable external lighting), the dual-layer three-way infinity pool (with stunning royal blue lighting), the hotel-quality luxurious bed linen, the waterfall feature to enhance the blissful sound of the ocean waves or the beautiful private garden with palm trees and other exotic varieties.<\/p>\n

~ For friends: Location, location, location. The Nirvana Suite is located absolutely in the heart of Diani (as central as you can get!). All of Diani’s hottest restaurants, bars and clubs are literally at your doorstep. Want to stock up on your favourite drinks or cook up your own meal – well, Diani’s largest supermarkets and wine shops are all within 5 minutes of the property. The kitchen is well equipped with the latest appliances, utensils and cutlery. With indoor and outdoor dining options at the suite (including a bar-style counter with bespoke seating), you’ll never get bored.<\/p>\n

~ For singles\/working-from-homers: The space provides multiple working from home benefits. For instance the entire villa is equipped with enterprise level fibre-optic Wi-Fi (managed remotely in case ever needed) and boasts a dedicated working desk area (though the outdoor dining table would double as a perfect working surface if you’d prefer to have views of the ocean while attending your next Zoom meeting!). All the sockets in the villa are international, so you won’t need to worry about bringing your adapters!<\/p>\n

The outdoor deck offers uninterrupted ocean views and is furnished with sunbeds, comfortable seating area and a hanging swing chair. The beautiful white sandy beach is accessible directly via a private beach access.<\/p>\n

Complimentary daily housekeeping is available if you’d like (so no need to worry about dirty dishes!), and so is an unlimited supply of drinking water. We’ll also provide you with a few cooking essentials to get you going while you find your footing in and around Diani.

\n~ Security and power: The Nirvana Suite is located in Diani Beach’s most exclusive gated-community, with 24\/7 security patrolling the development. Access to The Nirvana Suite is by an electronic automated gate, ensuring total privacy at all times and the access ways are all well-lit. While power outages are commonplace in Kenya – The Nirvana Suite boasts an automatic generator (with power restored within 10 seconds of any power outage).<\/p>\n

~ Airport: The Ukunda\/Diani Beach Airstrip is located just 5 minutes away (and we’d be happy to help you arrange a taxi if at all needed!). There are multiple daily direct flights from Nairobi to Diani. Otherwise, if you’re flying into Mombasa, Diani Beach is around an hour away (traffic\/ferry dependant).<\/p>\n

~ Shops, bars, restaurants, clubs: As mentioned above, these are all within minutes of the property (many are just walking distance!) and we’d be happy to share recommendations.<\/p>\n

~Wildlife: Diani Beach is home to a variety of monkeys (including the endangered Colobus monkey) and to stunning marine life. There are also a number of wildlife parks nearby, such as Kisite & Mpunguti Marine Parks and the Shimba Hills National Park (home to a number of animals including elephants, zebras and the rare Sable antelope).
\nOther things to note
\n~ Eco features: A key aspect of the Nirvana Suite is the multiple eco-friendly design elements. The property boasts solar heating for all hot-water and all wastewater is collected to our own biodigester, which creates clean water used to water the lush surrounding gardens. To ensure water wastage is kept to a minimal, the garden has a automatic watering system. The latest inverter-based air conditioning system is installed, reducing overall power consumption while not compromising on performance.<\/p>\n

~ Essentials such as towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner (all Cinnabar brand) and soap are included.<\/p>\n

~ Extras: a Dyson Supersonic hairdryer is provided to ensure post-pool\/beach wet hair is effortlessly fixed.<\/p>\n

~ Laundry: We have on-site laundry facilities which are available to use (charged separately).<\/p>\n

~ Pampering: Why not indulge in a massage, manicure or pedicure (or a few) during your stay? We can arrange for a masseuse\/beautician to visit the villa if required.<\/p>\n

~ Other activities: Diani Beach is jam-packed with activities to suit all interests. Whether its scuba diving, kite-surfing, windsurfing, jet-skiing, glass-bottom boating, fishing or golfing – all of these are available within 5\/10 minutes of the property.
